This Privacy Policy will help you better understand how <imajery> collects, uses, and shares your personal information. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time if our privacy practices change. If significant changes are made, we will advise our contacts of these changes via email.
<imajery> collects personal information submitted by users through the “Contact” and “Free Audit” forms (the “Forms”) on our website, and from Facebook Lead Ads. This information includes, but is not limited to, your name, email address and phone number (the “Personal Information”).
Providing us with your Personal Information is always your choice. We will not require you to consent to the collection, use, or disclosure of Personal Information, except as required to be able to provide you with a service.
If Personal Information is voluntarily provided, this is interpreted as consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy.
<imajery> will not use Personal Information for any purpose other than that for which consent has been provided, or as required or permitted by law. Should <imajery> require the use of Personal Information for a new purpose, consent will be sought for that new purpose.
<imajery> collects non-personal information in the form of various usage and user metrics (“User Data”) using analytics tools and other third party technologies such as Google Analytics and technologies provided by Meta.
<imajery> uses Personal Information to respond to your direct inquiries about our services and to provide such services, and uses User Data to advertise to visitors of its website and for website analytics purposes.
<imajery> also uses Personal Information to contact you via direct marketing campaigns, using MailChimp, and to advertise to you on Meta platforms and Google.
<imajery> does not sell your Personal Information, and does not share your Personal Information with third parties, other than as provided herein.
<imajery> shares Personal Information with third party websites that provide services to it, such as Facebook, for the purpose of running advertisements, and MailChimp for the purpose of running mass marketing campaigns.
<imajery> shares User Data with Google Analytics and Meta for the purpose of reporting on user interactions with its website.
<imajery> may share Personal Information with third-party contractors requiring access to Personal Information for the purpose of providing services to <imajery> and/or its clients. These third-party contractors are only permitted to use the Personal Information as required by their mandates and are prohibited from retaining any Personal Information after their mandates are complete.
From time to time, <imajery> may share anonymized, aggregated data based on Personal Information and/or User Data with third parties, however, this will never include any Personal Information. If a third party requests your Personal Information, we will refuse to share it unless you give us permission or we are otherwise legally required to do so. If we are legally
required to share your Personal Information with a third party, we will endeavour to tell you in advance, unless we are legally forbidden from doing so.
<imajery> may share your Personal Information as permitted by law, including, but not limited to the purposes outlined in Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (“PIPEDA”, S.C. 2000, c. 5) and Quebec’s An Act Respecting the Protection of Personal Information in the Private Sector (R.S.Q. c. P-39.1).
Personal Information will be protected by security safeguards that are appropriate to the sensitivity level of the Personal Information collected. We will take all reasonable precautions to protect your Personal Information from any loss or unauthorized use, access or disclosure.
We will not collect more Personal Information than required, and we will not retain your Personal Information for longer than required, for the purpose for which it was collected.
<imajery> does not use “cookies” for its own purposes on its website. However, Meta and Google run “cookies” on the website for tracking purposes.
Our website may contain links to other websites that are not governed by this Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the privacy practices employed by third party websites, and therefore suggest that you examine the privacy statements of those sites to learn how your information may be collected, used, shared or disclosed.
